CHILD THERAPY
Using a combination of play therapy, talk therapy, and other age-appropriate methods, our skilled therapists create a safe environment where children can express themselves freely, build resilience and improve behavior. We work closely with parents to build healthy communication, foster emotional growth, and strengthen family dynamics.
Your child may benefit from therapy if they:
-
Recently experienced trauma, grief, or significant life changes
-
Are experiencing impulsivity or emotional outbursts and need space and tools to understand and manage their emotions
-
Building Resilience: Learn problem-solving skills and strategies to bounce back from adversity.
-
Support social skills: Learn how to interact with peers, manage conflicts, and build healthy friendships.
-
Increase Self-Esteem: Foster a positive self-image by helping children build confidence, self-awareness, and encouraging authentic self-expression.
