​If you’ve made the courageous decision to seek healing through therapy, I would be honored to support you by offering a compassionate space that will allow you the freedom for self discovery and transformation. I take a down-to-earth, trauma informed approach that pulls from IFS, feminist theory, and attachment theory, helping people to understand their inner world, navigate relationships, and reclaim their voice.

While I enjoy working with teens and mutually-invested couples, I feel especially passionate about opportunities to empower women of diverse backgrounds who may be experiencing relationship conflict, life transitions, carrying the burdens of trauma, loss, or simply want to enhance their personal growth. 

My hope is to help you untangle the weight of past experiences and reclaim your life on your own terms. Through honest conversations, deep exploration, and practical strategies, we will work together to help you rediscover your inner strength and create a life that feels whole and fulfilling. Healing is deeply personal, but you don’t have to do it alone.
