We strive to make the payment process as simple and transparent as possible. Here’s how it works:

Session Fees

Our therapists charge a flat fee per session. Fees vary based on the therapist’s credentials and the type of therapy provided.

We’re happy to discuss fees upfront so you can plan accordingly.

Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, checks and cash.

We also accept payments via your Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

If you have an HSA or FSA, you may be able to use these funds to cover therapy expenses. Be sure to check with your provider to confirm eligibility.

When is Payment Due

Payment is collected at the time of booking for your first appointment and thereafter at the time of your session.

Zimmerman Therapy Group is an out-of-network (OON), private pay practice that provides superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. If you have a PPO plan, the cost of our services may be partially or fully reimbursable by your insurance provider.
