There are so many things that bring people to therapy; many good, and more often difficult. More than anything, I am grateful that you, yourself are here. During my time in this field, through training and my personal journey, I have seen growth, freedom and reconciliation bring closure, and life, to real lives daily in this journey. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed and anxious, seeking greater satisfaction in relationships, or navigating trauma, I believe there is hope and healing in the process.

 

So often the weight of our difficulties and the difficulties of those around us fall on our shoulders. Therapy offers the opportunity for a space dedicated just for you – a place to address your fears, hopes, desires, and goals. A place to untangle how experiences in your past may be affecting you presently and achieve more clarity, direction and meaning in your life. Through a compassionate, warm, and inviting approach, I will invite you into a process of greater self-reflection so that you can achieve new perspectives.

 

My theoretical orientation is rooted in attachment therapy and I operate from a trauma-informed and person-centered approach. I enjoy working with a broad range of clients, including youth, adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. It may feel overwhelming taking the first steps to confront the repetitive patterns that have a hold on your life. You are not alone in this – it would be an honor to walk alongside you in your therapeutic journey.
