Use writing as a powerful tool for processing life experiences, emotions, and personal growth. Participants are guided through creative and reflective writing exercises to make sense of past experiences, express emotions, and foster resilience.

Week 2: Exploring the Power of Free Writing *Promote free-flowing expression without self-censorship. *Encourage participants to observe their internal thoughts and feelings without judgment.
Week 3: Embracing Vulnerability Through Writing
*Encourage emotional vulnerability and self-compassion.
*Develop deeper self-awareness by writing about personal experiences.
Week 4: Writing About Identity and Self-Discovery
*Encourage participants to explore and define their personal identities through writing.
*Increase self-awareness and clarity around core values, beliefs, and life experiences.
Week 5: Healing Through Narrative and Reframing
*Use writing to reframe past experiences and gain perspective.
*Understand the power of storytelling in healing.
Week 6: Reflecting on the Journey and Creating a Writing Practice
*Reflect on the personal growth and healing that has occurred over the course of the group.
*Develop strategies for incorporating writing into daily life as a lifelong tool for healing and self-discovery.
