I find joy in working with a diverse range of clients, including children, teens, families, adults, couples, and find I connect well with neurodivergent folks. I hold affirming attitudes towards BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, & Neurodivergent experiences. My passion lies in supporting clients navigating past trauma, anxiety, family conflicts, use of boundaries, and helping those struggling to feel heard or understood.   ​In therapy, I consider the entirety of a person—thoughts, emotions, actions, and their connection to the body. Transparency and openness are core values in my practice, and I often blend a directive yet gentle approach. 

My aim is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process your experiences as you journey towards healing. Whether you’re feeling frustrated, disconnected, or lost in your relationships. Seeking to support your child, improve family communication, understand yourself or focus on your own needs.  Find the support you need to reconnect, grow,and embrace change. Together, we will navigate through these challenges, uncover the strengths and resources that reside within you, and build on these strengths to further your growth.
