By having an amazing admin support team and practice systems in place we take all the complications of being a therapist off of your plate so that you can have more time to do what you do best: therapy. We support your goals to build the caseload and career that best fits you by finding you clients that you enjoy working with most and/or help you develop groups, trainings or seminars you want to teach.

Requirements:

Masters Degree Required
-
Licensed with BBS Required prior to first day of work, LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/PhD/PsyD all accepted

Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (Simple Practice, Google Drive, Google Chat, Google Meet)

$100 bonus for each month billing and notes completed on time

$1,200 towards CEU’s or personal therapy (available after 1 year of employment every year that quota is met, based on Full Time employment, Part-Time employment has a reduced credit amount)
Job Type:

Full-time and Part-time positions available (Full time is considered at 20 client facing hours/weekly, Part-time is considered at 12 client facing hours/weekly)
Pay:
-
Base rate hourly + Commission (expected income range upon reaching a full caseload is $71,595-$84,344, variable dependent on hours worked per week and individual vs couples caseload)
Schedule:
-
Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, 6-8 hour shifts, schedule will be set upon office availability
Expected Hours Per Week:
-
20/12 client facing hours weekly (we require all therapists to schedule 5 more clients than required weekly to account for cancellations and no shows)

Evening hour requirement: Full time employees are required to be available for 10 evening hours per week (3pm-on). Part time employees are required to be available for 6 evening hours per week (3pm-on). Evening availability requirement is dropped after 3 years if quota is maintained

Up to 5 additional work hours weekly as needed to complete job requirements for documentation and communication with staff/clients

1 hour staff meeting monthly

Consultation Groups available to attend monthly
What to Expect After You Apply:

After you apply, you will get a response within 48 business hours from our admin team letting you know that we received your application and will be reviewing it.

Please allow 1 week for our staff to review your application and get back to you.

You will be notified either way and if our team would like to move forward in the interview process, they will contact you to set up a 30 minute introductory video call. Feel free to ask any questions you may have at that time.

From there if you are selected to move forward you will be scheduled for a 2 hour in-person interview.
