I am passionate about working with teens, young adults, and adults from all walks of life. I have a special interest in working with trauma, men's issues, and mood disorders.  

 

As a therapist, I value being authentic and genuine with all clients. In my work with teens and adults, my approach is directive yet gentle.  I enjoy providing an unconditional, judgement-free space where every person feels valued and respected. I operate from a trauma-informed attachment/object relationship lens with an emphasis in parts psychology. I believe that our past experiences and attachments influence our present, and healing can be found in examining both the hidden and remembered pieces of our lives.  

 

Whether you have been in therapy before or are just beginning the process, I am so proud of you for being here. Therapy is a big step and can sometimes feel overwhelming. You are welcome here, just as you are. I look forward to walking alongside you with authenticity, honesty, and compassion.
